Corporis Medical is looking to expand the team with a Jr. Mechanical Engineer.

You will be trained on the job by our other engineers and will grow to independently:

• Execute and lead the full design process from ideation to production according to quality standards for medical device development (ISO 13845 and MDR regulations).

• Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer requirements.

• Jointly create test plans for the concept, design, and production release validation.

• Maintain relationships with development and production partners.

 

Your proile:

You have obtained a Bsc or Msc degree in Mechanical Engineering (Precision engineering with electronics) and about 1-4 years of relevant R&D experience in the high-tech preferably MedTech industry.

You have experience with:

• Design and 3D modelling software: e.g. Solidworks, fusion et cetera.

• Design for manufacturing and large-scale manufacturing processes

• Assembly and injection molding processes.

Knowledge about ISO13485 and/or disposable medical devices is a plus.

You have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is highly desirable), based within 100 km of Maastricht, and are stress resistant, a team player, enthusiastic and passionate about what you do.
